Items marked "Ready to ship" are shipped within 1-3 business days. Most are shipped the same day, as long as your order is placed and approved by 1pm (ET).
Items marked "custom made per order"( including shoes) require 10-12 business days.
www.iloverussianroulette.online offers exchanges and store credits. (no refunds) Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. The customer must contact Us within these 7 days, and before shipping the item back for exchange instructions. International [not including the US] customers have a 14-day exchange policy.
If your item arrives in faulty condition, please contact Iloverussianroulette by email at Info@iloverussianroulette.com before sending an exchange.
Once your order has been placed, it has begun to be processed & no amendments or cancellations can be made. We are not able to combine orders, nor make any changes during this time. All items marked on sale are final sale ( sold as is ) and are not eligible for exchange, so please be careful choosing your size when ordering our clearance/sale items, especially those that are on sale offering specific sale size only. (For example if only size small is on sale and the rest of the sizes are not on sale, you will not be able to exchange for a larger size). We cannot make refunds due to incorrect choice or fit, color or style. But we will happily exchange the size for you.
If you are not happy with the cut or fit of your purchase, we can offer you an exchange of product or a store credit that is valid for the period of 6 months. All custom made per order items are final sale, which means no refunds or exchanges.
iloverussianroulette will not cover the charges of shipping on returned items for exchange of product or a store credit .
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging. All goods will be inspected on return. If the item is shipped back to us damaged, altered, stained it with a distinct smell, it will be refused by our shipping department and store credit won't be issued.
Intimates, such as bikini bottoms and leotards are exempt from being returned due to sanitary reasons. A Gift Card is also an additional non-returnable item.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
